Natural Dairy Products Corp

Thermal Fox completed a new Dairy Processing Plant for Natural Dairy Products Corp. The owner chose an existing building in  Newark, Delaware to renovate. Our mission was to take an open warehouse building & convert it into a “Turn Key” dairy plant. The new plans included  new raw milk tanks, processing, packaging & coolers with a new shipping area. Our team was able keep the”fast track” schedule and stay on budget. Please take a look at the Power Point showing some of the building process. We are very proud of the finished product and enjoyed working with the Natural Dairy team.

Penn Terminals

Thermal Fox has performed repairs and maintenance on several buildings at the Penn Terminal facility in Eddystone PA. We worked on the Banacol building where many of the bananas for this region are received and distributed. Over the years our relationship with Penn Terminals has grown as the Thermal Fox team continues to tackle the many challenges our client has presented. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with Penn Terminal.

Mother Kitchen

Mothers Kitchen is one of the leading producer’s of cheese cakes and pastries on the East Coast.  The Thermal Fox Team has installed several coolers & one low temp freezer over the years with great success while not effecting our clients production capability during the course of construction. The Thermal Fox team accepted the challenge and was able to come up with a plan to execute the project without slowing down our clients operation.

Ottens Flavors

Ottens Flavors is a worldwide flavor supplier with a long history of success in the industry. Recently, Ottens Flavors purchased a building in Folcroft, PA. to begin producing flavoring for every product type in virtually every market segment. Thermal Fox was hired to re-vamp the existing production area. This included bringing the rooms up to USDA & FDA standards. New insulated panels with high speed doors were installed as the new rooms came to life. We enjoyed working with the Ottens Flavor team and wish them continued success.

Pepperidge Farm

Pepperidge Farm hired Thermal Fox to consult on facility upgrades at their plant in Downingtown PA. Our team performed cost analysis and evaluation of several renovation options. We executed several tests on the existing floor systems at the proposed renovation area while working closely with a local structural engineering firm to develop necessary reports for the decision making process.
